All payments MUST be made in Canadian dollars. For pricing and quotes please contact your sales rep or international support.

    If your school, school district, hospital, business, or organization uses purchase orders, you can send them via online, fax (1-866-336-2737), email (international.support@tobiidynavox.com), or mail (2100 Wharton Street, Suite 400, Pittsburgh, PA 15203). Once a valid purchase order is received, our Customer Service Team will process it.

Taxes

If you are tax exempt you MUST submit your tax exempt form with your order or else you will be charged tax on your order.

Purchase Order Requirements

  1. Make Purchase Order out to Dynavox Canada, 2100 Wharton Street, Suite 400, Pittsburgh, PA 15203 or Dynavox Canada, P.O. Box 56061, Toronto, ON M5W 4L1.
  2. Include the name of your organization, full address, and contact person for purchase order questions.
  3. A complete bill-to address listed on the purchase order.
  4. A complete ship-to address – THIS CANNOT BE A PO BOX. Please also list if this should ship to a certain department or person.
  5. Include a purchase order number.
  6. Have an authorized signer.
  7. Include the correct taxes and shipping applied. (See above for tax and shipping information)
  8. Include part numbers and totals on your purchase order.
  9. If you have a quote number from a sales representative, please include that on the purchase order.
  10. If you are tax exempt you MUST submit your tax exempt form with your order or else you will be charged tax on your order.

Policies, Returns & Repairs 

Return Policies
All of our products and services are backed with a 30-day, money-back guarantee. If you are not entirely satisfied with the product you receive from us, you may return it. The item must be returned within the 30 day return policy window. Items returned are those for which there is no alteration from the product’s original condition. Refunds are usually processed within 15-20 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

The following items are not available for return:

  • Warranties
  • Software

Exchange Policy
You may exchange any unused equipment within the first 30-days.

To help us expedite this request, please provide us with your order number or invoice number. You must return any products to us in packaging that is adequate to protect the products from damage. The cost of shipping the item(s) back is the responsibility of the customer unless we have made a mistake with your original order. Please make sure to ship the items back with a tracking number for delivery confirmation. We also advise you to have your shipment insured.

  • PLEASE NOTE: Be sure to check your order for missing or incorrect items. If you find an issue please contact customer service at 1-800-344-1778 (extension 3) or email them at css@tobiidynavox.com.

Product Returns / Exchange Instructions

To initiate a return, please call 1-800-344-1778 or email Customer Service at css@tobiidynavox.com to obtain a Credit Return Number (CR#) in order to track your return. The CR number is needed to match the returned item(s) with the individual returning it. We will refund the purchase price, less any shipping charges, once the item(s) has been received.

U.S. orders must be returned within 1 week. Orders placed in Canada have 2 weeks to be returned. If we do not receive the item(s) within the requested timeframe, then your return will be voided and no longer accepted.

Repairs

To setup a repair for your device, please call Technical Support at 1-800-344-1778, and choose option 1. Technical Support is available 9am to 9pm EST, Monday through Friday. They will troubleshoot and assess your device at the time of the call.

Please be advised, if the original box/documentation are sent back to us for a repair, they will not be returned back. Due to regulatory standards, packaging received by us is discarded and you will receive different packaging when your repair is returned.
