The item must be returned within the 30 day return policy window. Items returned are those for which there is no alteration from the product’s original condition. Refunds are usually processed within 15-20 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

To help us expedite this request, please provide us with your order number or invoice number. You must return any products to us in packaging that is adequate to protect the products from damage. The cost of shipping the item(s) back is the responsibility of the customer unless we have made a mistake with your original order. Please make sure to ship the items back with a tracking number for delivery confirmation. We also advise you to have your shipment insured.

Product Returns / Exchange Instructions
To initiate a return, please call 1-800-344-1778 or email Customer Service at email@example.com to obtain a Credit Return Number (CR#) in order to track your return. The CR number is needed to match the returned item(s) with the individual returning it. We will refund the purchase price, less any shipping charges, once the item(s) has been received.
U.S. orders must be returned within 1 week. Orders placed in Canada have 2 weeks to be returned. If we do not receive the item(s) within the requested timeframe, then your return will be voided and no longer accepted.

To setup a repair for your device, please call Technical Support at 1-800-344-1778, and choose option 1. Technical Support is available 9am to 9pm EST, Monday through Friday. They will troubleshoot and assess your device at the time of the call.
Please be advised, if the original box/documentation are sent back to us for a repair, they will not be returned back. Due to regulatory standards, packaging received by us is discarded and you will receive different packaging when your repair is returned.
