Payment options

We offer four convenient ways to make your purchase including online and offline options.

Products available online

Selected products can be purchased online via credit card. Look for the “buy now” button and add it to your cart. We accept Visa and Mastercard.    

If the product(s) you are interested in purchasing appears to be out of stock or otherwise unavailable for online purchasing, please contact your local solution consultant.

Products not available online

Cheque or money order

Make cheque or money orders payable to Tobii Dynavox Canada, Inc and send them to our remit to address (P.O. Box 56061C Postal Station A Toronto, ON M5W 4L1). If you have one, please make sure to include your quote number on your cheque or money order.

Purchase Order Requirements

You must have the following elements on your purchase order to ensure it is received and accepted.

  1. Make the PO out to Tobii Dynavox Canada, Inc., 2100 Wharton Street, Suite 400, Pittsburgh, PA 15203
  2. Include the name of your organization, full address, and contact person for purchase order questions.
  3. If you have a quote number from a sales representative, please include that on the purchase order. If you do not have a quote number, please request a quote.
  4. Complete the bill-to address listed on the purchase order.
  5. A complete ship-to address – THIS CANNOT BE A PO or APO BOX. Please also list if this should ship to a certain department or person.
  6. Must have a purchase order number.
  7. Must have an authorized signer.
  8. Correct taxes and shipping applied (see below for tax and shipping information).
  9. Include part numbers and totals.
  10. If you are tax exempt submit your tax exempt form with your order or else you will be charged tax on your order.

Purchase orders

A purchase order is the official confirmation of an order. It is a document sent from a purchaser to a vendor that authorizes a purchase. A purchase order authorizes the purchase to be processed but is not actually a payment. Following the processing of the order and delivery of goods, the organization will be invoiced, and payment will be requested within 30 days of invoicing.

If your organization uses purchase orders, you can send them to International.Support@tobiidynavox.com, fax (1-866-840-1725), or mail (2100 Wharton Street, Suite 400, Pittsburgh, PA 15203). Once a valid purchase order is received, our customer service team will process it.

Please note: If your purchase order does not follow the guidelines above, your order will be delayed and our customer service department will contact you to correct the issues. If you are not a government funded organization, you will have to complete a credit application before we will accept a purchase order. Shipping Rates

Shipping rate for web orders and orders not placed online:
$45 CAD Flat Rate

At this time, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO Boxes.

Credit Card

Obtain quote from your local solution consultant.

Call our customer service team (1-800-344-1778 Ext 2) with your quote number and e-mail address ready.  

At Tobii Dynavox, we want to make sure that credit card information of our customers is handled properly and securely. When you are working directly with our customer service team to process an order, we will send you an e-mail to obtain your credit card information. This e-mail will come from support@payfabric.com and will contain a link; please click on the link and enter your credit card information. After this is completed, we will process your order. If any issues arise with your credit card information, we will contact you to resolve the issue.

Your credit card information will be stored by our secure, third-party credit card processors.

You will receive an emailed receipt after the card is processed. Please note that this could take up to 5 business days.

If you have provided an email address with the original order, you will receive an emailed invoice from AR@tobiidynavox.com the Friday following device shipment. Please be sure to check SPAM/junk email folders to ensure timely receipt. If you choose not to provide an email address, you will receive an invoice by postal mail, which can take up to 14 business days for delivery.

Taxes

If you are tax exempt you MUST submit your tax exempt form with your order or else you will be charged tax. Please make sure you include tax on your purchase orders. If you have any questions regarding your organization’s tax exemption status, please reach out to customer service team at International.Support@tobiidynavox.com or 1-800-344-1778 ext 2.

Invoices

If you have provided an email address with the original order, you will receive an emailed invoice from AR@tobiidynavox.com the Friday following device shipment.
