Create Powerful Visuals with Boardmaker
Description Boardmaker is a tool that can provide differentiated instruction in the classroom by supporting the development of visuals for student success. Learn about the power of visuals within different learning environments. Then explore the tools within Boardmaker, such as templates and pre-created visual supports that make creating supports easy and fun. Participants will participate in demo activities creating print and interactive supports that can be used for immediate implementation in their classrooms and/or therapy environment. Upon successful completion of this course, you will be able to a) State 3 benefits of providing visual supports in the classroom. b) Identify 2 Boardmaker tools necessary to create a visual schedule. c) State 2 benefits of using regulation tools for improved classroom participation.
