- Completely uninstall the app. Both entries in add/remove programs or settings applications need removed.
- Delete the folder that contains the app updates. EX: C:\Users\<user name>\appdata\local\Boardmaker-7-updater
- Reboot the affected computer.
- Reinstall the latest MSI to avoid auto-updates from being applied. Latest downloads are here: https://get.myboardmaker.com/downloads/
For Mac OSx:
Simply go to Applications, drag the Boardmaker 7 Editor folder to the trash, and reinstall the Boardmaker 7 Editor.
