Boardmaker 7 and Upcoming macOS Changes

You may see a message from macOS indicating that Boardmaker 7 or TD Updater may not open in a future version of macOS. This is part of Apple’s long-term transition away from older Intel-based technology.

There is no immediate action needed. Boardmaker 7 will continue to work as expected, and an updated version of Boardmaker 7 Editor and Student Center that are fully compatible with Apple silicon will be available before this macOS change takes place.

Apple currently expects this change in a macOS release planned for fall 2027.
