Cancel a TD Snap Subscription on iPad

Overview

If you purchased a TD Snap subscription through the Apple App Store on your iPad, you can cancel the subscription directly from your Apple ID settings. Canceling your subscription prevents future renewal charges, but you can continue using TD Snap until the current billing period ends.

Important: Uninstalling TD Snap does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel the subscription through your Apple account.

Cancel Your TD Snap Subscription

1. Open the Settings app on your iPad.

2. Tap your Apple ID name at the top of the screen.

3. Select Subscriptions.

4. Locate and tap TD Snap in the list of active subscriptions.

5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

6. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the cancellation.

After cancellation, Apple displays the date your subscription will expire. You can continue using TD Snap until that date.

Verify the Subscription Was Canceled

1. Return to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
2. Select TD Snap.
3. Confirm the subscription shows an expiration date and is no longer set to renew automatically.

If You Do Not See TD Snap in Subscriptions

If TD Snap does not appear in your subscription list:

• Verify you are signed in with the Apple ID used to purchase the subscription.
• Check whether another family member purchased the subscription through Family Sharing.
• Review your purchase history in the App Store.
