If the same computer has recognized LEO in the past, but no longer does, it may be for one of the following reasons:
- LEO has low battery power. Check the battery level by pressing the LEO's Mode button for several seconds, then pressing the Battery Level cell. If the level shown is low, plug LEO's power adapter into a wall outlet and connect it to LEO to begin charging.
- You may be using a different USB port than the one you used when installing LEO software. Unplug the LEO cable from the computer and plug it into a different USB port. Launch LEO software and see if it now recognizes that LEO is connected.
