The keyboard does not pop-up in Edit Button

If the keyboard does not pop-up when you are in the Edit button screen, please follow the steps below.
 

1. Exit Communicator then choose the Windows symbol on the Windows task bar.
2. Choose the Settings button (looks like a gear).
3. Select Devices
4. Choose Typing
5. Enable "Show the touch keyboard when not in tablet mode and there's no keyboard attached"
6. Close the Settings Window and go back into Communicator.
