Why is my BM7 Editor displaying a full blank white screen?

There is currently a bug affecting a small number of customers that causes the editor to display a full white screen.

Here is something to try that typically fixes the issue.

  1. Select the file menu in the editor and go to User Settings
  2. Select Interface on the left
  3. Change the grid spacing setting to a different number (.1 as a minimum) 
  4. Save
Once you change the setting and save you can go back in and set it back to what you had it at prior and it should be ok after that. 

Note: You may need to log out and log back in before seeing the change.

If the above steps do not resolve this issue you can give the following a try. 

Windows
1. Close Boardmaker
2. Navigate to C:\Users\YOU\AppData\Roaming\Boardmaker 7 Editor\storage on your computer
3. Delete the contents of the Storage folder
4. Launch Boardmaker again and see if the issue is resolved. 

MAC OS: 
1. Close Boardmaker

2. Navigate to /Users/YOU/Library/Application Support/Boardmaker v7 Editor/storage
3. Delete the contents of the Storage folder
4. Launch Boardmaker again and see if the issue is resolved.
