Description The Tobii Dynavox Discovery Lab uses lecture and case studies to LEARN about communication, access and education solutions for students with complex needs. You will then make your way through 3 interactive lab stations and DO guided hands-on activities. Opportunities to APPLY your knowledge in practical ways will be provided. And you'll leave the session with a handful of resources and practical tips that can be used the very next day!

Leigh Cooley
Leigh joined Tobii Dynavox after spending eight years specializing in the implementation of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) within a school setting. She has prior experience as an educator assistant in elementary and intermediate special education. While at Tobii Dynavox, Leigh spent two years as a regional Sales consultant, working with clients ranging in age from infant to geriatric. Currently, Leigh is a Learning Consultant on the Learning Services team at Tobii Dynavox where she leads the Sales New Hire program in addition to developing and facilitating trainings and implementation resources. She also presents at local, national, and international conferences about AAC topics.
