Description Let’s get practical! Join Sarah Smith as we review the basics of reinforcement and the successful implementation of a reinforcement system. Each participant will leave with a customized token board ready to be used in any environment. Sarah Smith (M.Ed), has a longtime success record in designing curriculum along with working with individuals with autism and related disabilities. Sarah received her Masters in Special Education from Rutgers University and later received her Principal Certification from The University of Pennsylvania. Having worked in both private and public school settings, Sarah has served in the roles of School Administrator, Special Education Teacher, and Educational Consultant. She has extensive experience in leadership, supervision, coaching, specialized curriculum, program development, and data analysis. Sarah has developed evidence-based autism programs in public school districts across the country, with an emphasis on students' independence, functional communication, and community integration.
