After a software upgrade you get a blank screen when launching Compass. To correct this issue follow these steps:
1. Select Android Settings on the Home Screen
2. Select Apps
3. Select the All tab
4. Scroll down and select Compass
5. Select the Clear data button.
6. Select OK
7. Go back to home screen and re launch Compass
8. Go to the settings menu in Compass and restore your pageset*
*please note you will not be able to run the setup wizard, you will need restore a pageset from an external usb drive or from mydynavox any local saved pagesets will be lost when data is cleared.
