How Do I Get the Companion App and Install the TD Snap® App onto my iPad or my Windows Tablet?
How Do I Get the Companion App and Install the Snap App onto an iPad or a Windows Tablet? In other words, I have a Tobii Dynavox AAC device and I would like to obtain the companion App for use as a backup/secondary system.
- If not already created for the AAC device, create a free My Tobii Dynavox (MTD) account with us on www.mytobiidynavox.com.
- Make sure that you have used this account with your Tobii Dynavox AAC device at least once by logging in with your MTD credentials within the Snap App.
- On the iPad install from the Apple App Store, the TD Snap App® Communication App For AAC.
Note: This is the subscription version of the app, it supports the companion option when logged into a www.mytobiidynavox.com account that granted a companion app token.
Since the release of version 1.14 you will download the Windows version from the downloads area of www.mytobiidynavox.com

4. Launch your TD Snap App and be sure to use your Mytobiidynavox account credentials to log into the App.
Please note: This is what the App will use to enable the full featured speaking version on your companion device.
