Help is accessible right from the T10. Access the Knowledgebase or watch help videos anytime, 24/7. Links to access documentation, help videos, and the Knowledgebase are available on the Help menu.
1. Select the Settings button in the Toolbar.
If the Toolbar is hidden, first select the Modify Button at the top right corner of your screen and then choose Settings.
2. Select Help from the Settings menu. The Help menu will open.
In North America, Technical support (1-866-DynaVox) is also available Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Eastern.) Outside North America? Contact your dealer.
Before you contact Technical Support, be sure to have your device serial number. It's located on the bottom edge of the device and in Settings>Help>About.
