NavBar Pageset - Adding Messages to QuickPhrases
QuickPhrases are a collection of messages for social interactions that are organized in tabs by function. Within a tab, the messages are organized in columns by conversational intent. This matches the organization use with topic messages. It is recommended that you maintain that organization to make it easier to find messages.
Editing QuickPhrases
1. Select QUICK PHRASESfrom the Toolbar.(It may look like your messages have disappeared - but they haven't.)
3. Select the tab that contains the message you want to edit. The tab will turn yellow after you have selected it.
10. Select Browse to search for a symbol.
14. Select Save.
Changing the Order of Messages
It is suggested that you maintain the organization of the messages in columns by conversational intent as described above. It may be necessary to move the provided blank messages or add blank new items to maintain the organization.1. Select Manage.
2. Select the message to move.
4. Use the First, Last, and directional arrow buttons to reorder the list.
5. Select Done.
6. Select Back.
Adding Messages to QuickPhrases
1. Select QUICK PHRASES from the Toolbar.
Note the message you want to edit. Pay attention to which tab contains that message.
(It may look like your messages have disappeared - but they haven't.)
3. Select the tab that contains the message you want to edit. The tab will turn yellow after you have selected it.
10. Enter a label, message, and symbol for the new vocabulary message.
12. Select Done.
