If you are an instructor with admin privileges, you can reset an instructor's password at any time.
- Select Admin > Instructor Roster Management.
- Select the ID link for the instructor whose password you want to reset.
The Instructor Profile will open.
- Select the Edit Profile link.
The Edit Instructor Profile dialog will open.
- Select Reset under Password.
- Select Save & Close.
An email will be sent to the user with a link to reset his or her password.
