What do I do when I receive the error, "Restrictions. The window ???? has been blocked due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator. InTouch Lock"?

There are two reasons one might receive the error message stating something similar to:

Restriction. The windows ????? has been blocked due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator. InTouch Lock.

The first and most common reason one might receive that message is because the device they are using is locked and you have attempted to access a restricted software or part of Windows. To unlock the device please call Customer Service.

If your device is locked but the error popped up on its own you can disable these notifications. Please follow the directions listed below.

Open Windows Settings
Select System
Choose Notifications & actions in the menu on the left.
Scroll down to "Get notifications from these sender" and turn off InTouch Lock.

You should no longer receive those messages.
