Why does Communicator say it's running in evaluation mode although it is licensed?

Communicator has been licensed but suddenly Communicator states it is running in evaluation mode. 

This typically occurs if the date/time is incorrect on the device.  Please check the date/time on the Windows taskbar and correct it if necessary.
